​​In this project we renovated two building volumes in Cifuentes Catalonia, hosting 131 apartments.The proposed operations were aiming to upgrade energetically the buildings, using new technologies and automation. Studying the optimum temperature and air stream flows, we proposed natural cooling channels from the underground and the placement of a new ventilated facade. For the energy requirements photovoltaic panels were placed.
