It's about a new urban proposal at the port of Patras. Underground routes are proposed in order to relieve traffic. A pedestrian bridge is created so as to connect the main pedestrian pier to the port. This new part of the city is now converted into an activity center housed under a textile structure as a "door between land and sea." The textile construction is based partly on land and partly into the sea.
